Company and Objectives
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Bra Pad Engineering / Technical Lead – Senior Engineer to build and lead our bra pad development and production capability. This role is critical in establishing technical excellence in molded cup and intimate apparel component manufacturing, while supporting long-term production growth and operational capability in Vietnam.
Job Description
• Set up and establish bra pad development and sampling processes.
• Lead molding, lamination, cutting, and production setup activities.
• Define machine setup parameters and develop technical workflows for production efficiency and consistency.
• Build and strengthen internal engineering and technical capability from the ground up.
• Work closely with product development, production, and operations teams to support commercialization and manufacturing readiness.
• Provide technical guidance on machinery, tooling, materials, and process optimization.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, productivity, and process stability.
Requirements
• Strong experience in bra pad, molded cup, or intimate apparel production.
• Hands-on knowledge of machinery, molding, lamination, and process setup.
• Experience working in an OEM or manufacturing factory environment.
• Ability to independently set up and manage operations.
• Strong technical problem-solving and process engineering skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills across development and production teams.
• Experience in establishing new production capability or factory setup is an advantage.
