Job Description
- Operations & Strategic Planning: formulate mid- to long-term strategies and annual operating plans in alignment with company direction, optimize resources across production, sales, finance, HR, and other functions.
- Business Analysis & Performance Management: regularly review operational performance and financial KPIs. Conduct revenue, gross margin, and efficiency analysis, provide improvement recommendations and ensure successful implementation.
- Budget Management & Resource Allocation: oversee annual budgeting and financial control to ensure proper resources deployment and alignment with operational goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Execution: coordinate cross-department communication and lead major projects and key operational decisions.
- System Development & Process Optimization: drive the establishment of standardized systems and processes to enhance internal management effectiveness.
- Leadership & Organizational Development: build a performance-driven culture, develop mid-level managers and key talent, and strengthen overall organizational execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above qualification in any field.
- 10+ years of operational management experience in large-scale manufacturing or MNCs, experience in garment or related industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of operational decision-making, budgeting and cost control, cross-functional integration, and process optimization.
- Strategic mindset with strong hands-on execution; able to leverage data analytics to support operational decisions.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- Willing to travel.
