
Company and Objectives
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic senior management professional to lead and drive the operational, commercial, and organizational excellence of our spinning/yarn manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will possess deep, hands-on experience in textile spinning mill operations and a proven track record in strategic planning, P&L management, and market development.
Job Description
- Operational Management:
Develop and execute operational strategies and annual business plans for the spinning/yarn division.
Oversee all aspects of factory operations, including production capacity planning, cost control, and gross margin management.
Establish, implement, and maintain robust operational management systems (budgeting, KPI tracking, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement mechanisms).
Drive process optimization, efficiency enhancements, and quality consistency to elevate overall competitiveness.
Coordinate and lead cross-departmental collaboration (Manufacturing, Quality Control, Equipment/Maintenance, Procurement, Warehousing, etc.).
- Business & Market Development:
Formulate and implement market strategies and business development plans for yarn products. Focus on expanding key accounts and fostering long-term partnerships.
Lead or participate in critical negotiations, price strategy, and contract development to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.
Monitor and analyze market trends, raw material price fluctuations, and competitor activities to proactively adjust product and sales strategies.
Collaborate closely with R&D/Technical teams to drive the development of differentiated and high-value-added yarn products.
- Organizational Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop the operational and commercial teams, building dual-track capabilities within the organization.
Regularly report operational and business performance to senior executives, providing strategic insights and recommendations for medium-to-long-term growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on factory operations management experience in a spinning mill or fabric manufacturing facility.
- Direct experience in spinning/yarn manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency and fluent in Chinese.
- Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally when required.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive business growth.
