Job Description
- Drive business development by bringing in new orders from existing buyer networks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US, EU, and Canadian brands and retailers
- Identify business opportunities and convert them into actual production orders
- Collaborate closely with internal merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to execute orders into Vietnam and Cambodia production bases
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order handover and execution
- Support long-term customer relationship management and business expansion initiatives
Requirements
Who You Are
- 8–15 years of experience in apparel sourcing, vendor merchandising, or business development
- Strong existing relationships with US, EU, or Canadian brands and retailers
- Strong understanding of apparel manufacturing and offshore production operations
- Able to work independently and remotely while driving business into offshore production bases
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Willing to travel as required
