Factory Director is responsible for leading all manufacturing and operational functions within the garment factory. The role focuses on strategy development, production efficiency, quality stability, cost control, and overall profitability.
Job Description
- Develop strategic direction for all production departments, including product and process optimization, to improve efficiency, quality stability, and profitability.
- Oversee implementation of production and operational plans, ensuring efficiency targets are achieved and supporting sustainable factory operations.
- Lead initiatives to develop and improve factory systems and organizational structures to reduce errors and enhance productivity.
- Manage cross-functional teams including Production, Quality Control, Garment Technology, Finance, and Human Resources to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee all factory departments including HR & Administration, General Affairs, IT, Finance, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Technical, and Quality Assurance.
Requirements
- Strong understanding and expertise in garment manufacturing processes and factory management.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional team management experience.
- Ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to control production costs and manage budgeting effectively.
- Skilled in production process planning and standard time estimation.
- Good command of both English(intermediate) and Chinese/Mandarin(fluent).
