Company and Objectives
Seeking a high-potential Factory General Manager to lead its operations in Cambodia. This role is suited for a driven and proactive leader with strong ownership mindset, capable of elevating factory performance across delivery, cost, and quality.
This role reports directly to the CEO, who is looking to mentor and develop a promising candidate into a future leader.
Job Description
- Lead overall factory operations, ensuring performance targets in delivery, cost, and quality are achieved.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production, efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Take full P&L accountability and manage cost structures effectively.
- Identify performance gaps and areas for improvement and develop and execute actionable strategies to improve factory performance.
- Oversee production planning, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing management team.
- Act as the key liaison between factory operations and senior leadership.
Requirements
- Diploma and above qualification in any discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in factory operations management; garment industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory, and minimum 3 years in managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Big-picture mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Self-starter with high level of initiative, ability to work independently, and motivated to deliver results.
- Demonstrated potential to grow into a leadership role.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
- Good command of English (intermediate in reading and writing, speaking is an added advantage) and Chinese.
