Job Description
Oversee all accounting and financial operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic support. Key duties include:
- Financial Management: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis for decision-making.
- Accounting Operations: Manage daily accounting functions (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations) and ensure all transactions are accurate and compliant. Maintain the fixed asset register.
- Cost & Compliance: Monitor costs, perform variance analysis, and identify efficiency opportunities. Ensure full compliance with all tax filings and serve as the main contact for auditors.
- Process & Leadership: Continuously improve financial processes and internal controls. Lead and mentor the finance team, collaborating with other departments to align financial and operational goals.
- Strategic Support: Provide financial insights for business planning and lead special projects, including system implementations and financial modeling for new initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting, 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax, financial reporting standards and cost accounting.
- Proficient in accounting software/ERP and Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership experience.
