Job Description
Client Relationship Management.
- Responsible for maintaining and managing relationships with key sports brands.
- Participate in brand meetings and assist supervisors in liaising with client.
- Consolidate client requirements and coordinate product updates based on brand and product positioning to enhance client satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and issues in a timely manner, and coordinate internally with relevant departments to resolve them.
Project Management.
- Communicate with clients to confirm project requirements and ensure accurate and timely information is shared with all relevant departments.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates and summaries to internal teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Reporting and Data Analysis.
- Prepare data reports and compile summary reports.
- Prepare and present reports related to brand client visits.
New Client Development.
- Actively monitor footwear industry trends and identify potential new brand clients for business development.
Requirements
- Diploma and above qualifications in any discipline.
- 3 years and above of experience in related functions in the footwear industry.
- Proven experience managing international brand clients, strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Chinese.
- Good data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
