The employer is leading footwear manufacturer partnering with some of the world’s most iconic sports brands.
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end development process from receiving the tech pack to production.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers (material suppliers, mold shops, etc.), and internal teams to create functional, high-quality footwear prototypes.
- Ensure technical specifications and patterns are accurate and production ready.
- Oversee and confirm sample materials and develop sampling process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in footwear development, particularly in sports footwear (running/outdoor etc.).
- Experience in working with global brands is an advantage.
- Good knowledge in footwear construction, manufacturing process, materials, and costing.
- Good technical knowledge in footwear upper, sole and last development, familiar with footwear materials physical properties and testing standards.
- Independent and ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Chinese.
