Job Description
- Oversee quality management for footwear products and ensure all products meet required quality standards.
- Monitor end-to-end production process and quality control, identify quality issues timely and drive effective solutions.
- Coordinate communication across departments to ensure quality improvement initiatives are implemented.
- Prepare quality management reports and update senior management on progress and findings.
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in any field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in QA/QC management in footwear manufacturing and driving quality improvement.
- Solid knowledge of footwear production and quality control tools and methodologies.
- Experienced in leading a team.
- Cross-department communication and coordination skills, fluent in both English and Chinese.
