Job Description
- Develop and analyze the factory’s annual business and operating plans.
- Establish and improve financial processes with the goal of enhancing operational efficiency.
- Conduct analysis of business data and financial reports to aid risk control.
- Review factory financial documents and oversee annual, quarterly, and monthly budget planning, fund allocation, and coordination.
- Initiate and implement programs in alignment with group policies.
Requirements
- Diploma and above qualifications in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in related role, those with experience in accounting firm or in corporate business data analysis are preferred.
- Strong skills in financial data analysis, with excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS office applications.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
