Job Description
- Manage customer orders, serving as the main contact window for assigned brand partners.
- Track and follow up on order status and resolve production-related issues as they arise.
- Manage pre-production related preparations and requirements, coordinating internally with production and planning department to achieve on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and above in any field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in related roles (production planning, merchandising, purchasing) in apparel or footwear manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PPT, Word. Etc)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team.
- Proactive with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
