Company and Objectives

As Key Account Manager, you will drive revenue growth across an assigned portfolio of clients while actively expanding our customer base in Vietnam. Reporting to the Regional Business Manager and based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will play a central role in delivering against sales and profitability targets.

Job Description

• Own and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while continuously prospecting for new business opportunities in the region.
• Build strong, multi-level relationships with clients and translate product knowledge into compelling value propositions that win and retain business.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our product range and apply a structured, consultative sales approach across all customer interactions.
• Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance and Technical Support teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Track competitor activity, pricing shifts, and emerging market trends to inform commercial strategy and keep the business ahead of the curve.
• Take ownership of collections, ensuring timely payment follow-up and healthy accounts receivable across your portfolio.
• Produce regular commercial reports covering sales forecasts, competitor intelligence, pricing movements, and customer feedback for both internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or business development capacity.
• Background in Packaging, Chemicals, Inks, Labels, Digital Printing, or Manufacturing is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable with regular travel across the region.
• Demonstrated ability to take on growing responsibilities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Good command of both English(must) and Chinese(must) language.
