Job Description
- Oversee quality control processes and ensure proper implementation of SOPs throughout the production cycle.
- Manage end-to-end quality issues—from incoming raw materials to final product inspection.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to monitor production progress and ensure on-time bulk delivery.
- Define and establish quality standards based on sample development, customer requirements, and production specifications.
- Conduct quality risk assessments for new styles prior to bulk production and follow up on preventive actions.
- Lead customer factory audits, address quality-related feedback, and ensure compliance with client expectations.
- Compile and analyze departmental quality data; set and drive quality improvement objectives.
- Strengthen departmental systems, including performance management, team leadership, staffing, and evaluation processes.
Requirements
- Diploma or above qualification in any field, education background in textile or apparel related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of QC/QA management experience in a garment factory, with solid knowledge of garment quality management systems.
- Prior experience in handling sportswear quality management is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Strong communication skills with good command of both English and Chinese.
